Mission:

Ensure the physical material flow through the manufacturing facility—from warehouse receiving, storage locations, through Production floors, waste points, and to receiving of finished goods in the Distribution Center--is accurately reflected in the system (SAP) in a timely manner. What is physically used, produced, and threw away as wastes need to be accurately captured in the systems to serve as a reliable and accurate data sources and tools for loss analyses and ensure compliance with requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit.
