Job Description
The Transactional Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operations of the transactional hub for NOLA, providing essential support to the sales force and marketing teams through the efficient and accurate execution of processes related to vendor management, purchase order generation, event management on the MAPP platform, invoicing control, and SAGRILAFT procedures. This position requires an operational focus, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and optimizing resources.
RESPONSABILITIES
Provide day-to-day operational support to sales force and marketing teams including Event Management on MAPP Platform, processing purchase orders and vendor management.
