Job Summary –
We are looking for a result-driven leader to be responsible for ensuring the SLA's and KPI targets as specified by the client are met consistently. Demonstrate strong process knowledge and lead process changes, improvement with end to end understanding of Product. Review and respond to client escalations, Team Queries, and support team as Subject Matter Expert. Monitor and supervise a team of associates to achieve the targets. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Years of experience needed – 4+ Years
Experience and Skills
Should be graduate from recognized universityStrong command of the English language, along with analytic, interpersonal, and verbal and strong written communication skillsAbility to work in a flexible and production-oriented environment Good interpersonal skillsGood understanding of key back-office operations metricsGood analytical skillGood planning skillsGood balance between people, process & clientsGood client management & relationship building skillsAbility to work in 24 by 7 process Open to Work from Office
