Job Summary –



  • Handle Back Office tasks for customer service

  • Review of Customer cases

  • Updating account information, resolving simple to medium-complex requests

  • Ensuring accuracy while following all process guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinating with Operations and other support functions for any help related on cases

  • Follow the guidelines set out for cases handling

  • All the KPI/KRA's assigned to be met


Skills required:



  • Having strong English verbal and written language skills that enable the associate to conduct, understand and handle free-flowing and difficult cases, whilst comprehending and responding to the needs of each customer.
