THE ROLE

The Global Transfer Pricing Consultant will be a key member of the global tax department at Temenos. Acting as the right hand to the Group TP Lead, this role ensures effective compliance, documentation, and policy oversight while also contributing to ad hoc projects. The consultant will collaborate closely with tax and finance teams across jurisdictions.

OPPORTUNIT
  • Manage global and local transfer pricing compliance projects, including documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure effective application of transfer pricing policy across all jurisdictions.
  • Monitor local compliance and contribute TP and tax input into finance processes.
  • Review quarterly and annual TP calculations and analysis for accuracy.
  • Support external audits and assist with TP-related tax audits.
  • Collaborate with the TP team to ensure consistency and drive process simplification.
  • Identify and implement technology improvements to enhance automation in TP processes.
  • Prepare and oversee intragroup contracts aligned with Group TP policies.
  • Partner with tax, finance, legal, and controllership teams to support new initiatives.
  • SKILLS
  • Minimum 3+ years of transfer pricing experience (practice and/or in-house).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Excel; Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with high initiative.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high-quality work.
