Job Title – Transfer Pricing Manager

Location - Newtown, Kolkata


Role Overview:


The Transfer Pricing Professional will be responsible for managing and supporting the Group’s global transfer pricing framework, ensuring compliance with international regulations and local statutory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with business, finance, and regional tax teams to maintain consistent transfer pricing practices, manage documentation, support audits, and contribute to strategic tax planning initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the Group’s global transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance across

jurisdictions.

• Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact on the Company’s

compliance framework.

• Support development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies with consistent

application.

• Coordinate with business, finance, accounting, and regional tax teams to collect and validate

data.

• Review benchmarking studies and economic analyses for intercompany transactions.

• Drive process improvements in documentation workflows and reporting efficiency.

• Provide inputs into forward-looking transfer pricing planning and operating model changes.

• Support BEPS Pillar Two impact assessment and implementation for the Group.

• Assist in managing global tax audits and coordinating responses to tax authorities.

• Prepare reports and presentations on international tax matters for senior management.

• Assist in preparation and filing of CBCR and Master File documentation.

• Support transfer pricing aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.


Qualifications & Experience:


• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax

compliance. Experience working with multinational corporations, Big 4 firms, or large in-house tax

teams is preferred.


Technical & Functional Skills:


• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS Action Plans.• Experience with Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting.

• Hands-on exposure to benchmarking and economic analysis.

• Familiarity with SAP, OneSource, or similar tax technology platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
