Transformation Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with a strong sense of ownership to join our team and play a critical role in delivering business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Transformation Programme Managers, and senior leaders to support the end-to-end transformation journey in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for analysing current-state business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the design and implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance.
