You are a skilled consultant who thrives at the intersection of transformation, learning, and human experience. You bring consulting fundamentals and experience in Learning, Change & Human Experience or workforce capability development.

Responsibilities

• Support Health clients in planning and executing major transformation initiatives.
• Develop learning strategies, curricula, materials, and capability‑building programs.
• Apply Change & Human Experience methodologies to drive engagement, adoption, and behavior change.
• Conduct learning needs assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses.
• Support leaders and staff through transitions such as EHR implementations, digital health adoption, workflow change...
