The role:
We are seeking an experienced and agile Transformation & Continuous Improvement Leader to establish and lead our Transformation & Continuous Improvement team. The role will beresponsible for defining key processes, ensuring they are effectively measured and mapped, and identifying transformative improvements that will optimize our operation with a better overview of its functionality.
What you will do:
- Establish a Quality System with clear metrics and standards, evaluating the current operational state to understand strengths and weaknesses. Processes mapping, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement short- and long-term transformation improvements, evaluating the impact of these on operational performance, testing solutions and tracking results.
