Job Description

  • Data & Technical Depth
    : experience w/ large datasets, data pipelines, or transformation work — not just reporting & dashboards. SQL & Python proficiency, data modeling, automation, experience w/ AI, or experience working with product/catalog/vendor data is a big plus.
  • Must have 2/3 minimum: SQL, Python, advanced excel (power query/vba)
  • Business Acumen:
    connect stheir work to business outcomes. Revenue impact, cost savings, process optimization, pricing improvements, or product performance insights.
  • Understand why the work matters commercially.
  • Process & Scalability Mindset:
    Signals like building templates, standardizing taxonomies, automating workflows, or improving data quality frameworks catch my attention.
