My client a world leader in their field is currently looking for a Transformation Lead. This role plays a critical role in business performance management, driving the commercial business performance of the region and its countries, acting as a strategic partner to Sales and Finance to drive commercial effectiveness. This includes overseeing sales performance analytics, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue optimization.
