We’re looking for an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to lead high-impact strategic change programmes across a large, complex technology and international organisation.
In this role, you’ll own transformation initiatives end-to-end — from concept through to implementation and adoption — driving measurable value at pace across matrixed environments. Programmes span organisational change, technology transformation and enterprise operating model change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives with clear value outcomes
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Shape and execute change across people, technology and operating models
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
