Transformation & Performance Manager

We are looking for a Transformation & Performance Manager to join our Maintenance Supplier Management team. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance Supplier Management, this role is critical to supporting Vueling’s future strategy from a maintenance suppliers perspective, leading the strategy for new maintenance suppliers aligned with the fleet transition plan (B737 MAX fleet incorporation project) and the airline’s long-term plans.

You will take ownership of transformation and performance governance , ensuring supplier readiness, operational excellence, and measurable value across our maintenance supplier ecosystem. Acting as the key integrator between technical and commercial functions, you will lead strategic transformation projects, implement performance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement.
