About the role

As Transformation Program Director, you will lead the delivery and recovery of a complex, organisation‑wide IT transformation aligned to the strategic priorities. Partnering closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will provide strong leadership to program teams, own end‑to‑end delivery across scope, budget, risk and benefits, and act as the key engagement point for customer and member executives to ensure successful transition into business‑as‑usual and long‑term value realisation.
