Transformation Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a new Senior Project Manager to help steer a critical business Transformation Programme within the P3M Function. The programme's focus is to transform the P3M Function by improving business processes, tools, and systems, developing and building our people capability, improving how we use data to inform decisions, as well as developing a strong functional identity towards effective delivery and realising our aspirations as a Function. As such you will be required to work across the Function designing and delivering a plan to meet our vision. The challenge will be to not only deliver new capability but ensure adoption whilst maintaining Business As Usual. The programme will impact and benefit every person and function across the business, engagement with our stakeholders will be vital to the success of this.
