Transformation Solution Consultant

Nucleus are looking for a Transformation Solutions Consultant to join us on a permanent basis.

About the role

Nucleus is undertaking a significant Transformation that changes our platform technology and organisational structure, whilst migrating clients and assets to the new platform as part of a major outsourcing agreement with FNZ. This role will be responsible for delivering programme solutions across process, people and systems, readiness, and migration workstreams, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Working alongside colleagues in Transformation, Technology and the wider Business teams, this role helps realise our core strategic objective of delivering a new platform, by investigating business situations and evaluating options for improvement, ensuring they meet the needs of the business. You will be working closely with third parties to maximise the effectiveness of end solutions and overall delivery.
