Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Solutions Architect , an expert in designing and leading solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders, owning overall architecture, setting standards and guardrails, guiding delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with service management best practices.

• The successful candidate will lead overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap development in line with strategic objectives. They must be able to translate requirements into end-to-end workflows, data models, and integrations that are robust and supportable.
