Transfusion Laboratory Manager

We are looking for an experienced Transfusion Laboratory Manager to join our pathology team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and well established team that is focused on the patients we serve and the hospital services we support.

Our laboratory is UKAS accredited to ISO 15189:2022. In the Transfusion laboratory we have Werfen/Immucor automated equipment and use a Bio-Rad manual solution, via a managed services contract with Beckman Coulter. O ur digital systems include Cirdan Ultra LIMS, ICE ordercomms, and Oracle/Cerner EPR . The Transfusion Laboratory processes over 37,000 tests per annum.
