- Length of Contract: 21 months

The Transition Manager Responsibilities include:
- Progress the development of Transition Transfer Document(s) and submit them, along with the Transition Plan, to the Project Director for progressive approval.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities during the transition process. Including facilitating transition.
- Identify potential risks and challenges during the transition and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
- Ensure all relevant documentation, procedures, and knowledge related to the mission system are effectively transferred to sustainment teams to support ongoing operation and maintenance.
