Requirements

  • Develop Transition Plan
  • Conduct / Facilitate workshops
  • Oversee and guide Transition execution (Knowledge Transfer, Primary support, Shadow support) 
  • Monitor and Report progress of Transition across all stages to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
  • Identify dependencies and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication management
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Handle escalations and conflict within the project team.
  • Guide and motivate the team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.
  • Define training plans, design content and conduct trainings, as needed 
  • Manage Financials to ensure Operational excellence
  • Ensure all required documentation is prepared and signed off 
  • Manage and control Scope, Budget and Schedule to ensure that the initiative is delivered on time within the agreed budget


    Skills Required
    • Total 8 to 12 years’ of work experience of which 4 to 5 years’ have been specifically on managing large Transitions
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or MBA from reputed institutions
    • MUST have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience working with MNC clients
    • Experience in using tools like JIRA/ADO
    • PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred 
    • Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
    • Flexibility to travel
