Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed transition plans while working closely with client teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Lead and manage process migration projects with a focus on improving shared services and service delivery across domains
  • Oversee transformation projects, focusing on value extraction, automation, technology solutions, and change management
  • Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, delivering presentations and updates tailored to audience expectations
  • Monitor key transition factors: Cost, Quality, Speed (managing Project Plan, RAID, RACI, Project Charter, and Status Updates)
  • Work across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution
