Posting Note: Join our team as a Transition to Practice Specialist (TTPS) and play a critical role in supporting nurses as they transition into independent practice or new specialty areas. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical mentoring, real-time coaching, and skill validation to build confidence, competence, and strong clinical reasoning. Working closely with nurse educators and clinical leaders, youll help ensure safe, high-quality patient care while fostering professional growth and successful transitions for nurses across the organization.
