What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Transition Management function which manages the onboarding of Optus Enterprise and Business customers.
- Ownership of the ServiceNow Transitions Project module and Knowledge articles.
- Develop and complete comprehensive transition strategy and execution plans that align with business goals.
- Supervise both local and international personnel to ensure seamless transitions for corporate products and services.
- Work with senior collaborators to address onboarding challenges and promote continuous improvement.
