The role is responsible for ensuring PepsiCo ServiceNow language translations that are delivered in alignment to digital employee experience strategy and product roadmap. Also this person will be gathering the requirements for Language translation across GBS ServiceNow implementation projects, partnering with different functions, and vendors to deliver the requirements, and participating in the ongoing continuous improvement & governance of Language translation within the overall PepsiCo ServiceNow platform.
