Job Overview: The Transport Allocator schedules pick‑up and delivery for the InfraBuild Recycling internal and contract fleet, ensuring customer promises are met while maintaining safety and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Apply and reinforce all InfraBuild Recycling policies and procedures related to health and safety values in transport.
• Report hazards and incidents immediately.
• Manage and coordinate fleet transport operations within the transport network, in line with documented safe operating procedures.
• Check drivers’ qualifications and verify competencies against InfraBuild requirements.
• Maintain efficient use of freight options and contract arrangements while providing high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support deliver‑in‑full and on‑time programs and work practices (DIFOT).
