Transport Controller

Reload Logistics is a fast-growing freight forwarder and a leading player across Sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a Transport Controller to manage end-to-end transport operations and ensure smooth, compliant, and timely cargo movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport jobs, schedules, documentation, and ETAs.
• Manage capacity, execution, and daily client reporting.
• Handle client queries, exceptions, and incident management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clearing agents, and ground teams.
• Oversee high-value cargo movements and risk events.
• Develop SOPs and support operational improvements.
• Lead a small operations team (2–4 members).

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in transport coordination or African logistics.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing operations and incident handling.
