Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Transport Coordinator to join our high-energy & supportive Operations team based in Wingfield, SA.

This role will see you working varying start times (6:00 am or 9:00 am) from Monday to Friday and will include occasional Saturday hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating truck scheduling for external subcontractors across multiple jobs (including major projects)
• Delivering professional, solutions-focused service to our customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations, keeping safety and accountability front and centre
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records for drivers and contractors
• Using internal scheduling systems to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations
• Onboarding and inducting new contractors, helping them hit the ground running

About You:

• Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry)
• An understanding of fatigue management (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker!)
• High level organisation and prioritisation skills—you’re the kind of person who gets things done
• A calm, solutions-focused attitude, even when things get busy
• A team-first mindset with a clear communication style
