Transport Coordinator

ACMobility, the Ayala Group’s mobility platform, is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our Logistics team. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely movement of vehicles from port or staging areas to our stockyards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage truck bookings and allocate loads to third-party vendors based on capacity, availability, and performance.
• Coordinate and monitor vehicle movements to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transport-related issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and relevant transport regulations.
