TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Overview

This position is responsible in day-to-day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.

Responsibilities

• Establish company routes concentrating on customer service.
• Ensure to receive all phone calls from customers and drivers reply email or WhatsApp any hour in day. Immediate response on customer enquiry.
• Ensure handle all POD issues with driver internal external submit on time to customers.
• Ensure submit daily/weekly/monthly report to KMJ management on toll, fuel usage according to GPS, fuel fleet card, fuel station and trucking movement report.
• Coordinate day to day operation activities to meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.
• Perform in collaboration with Transportation Manager to enhance load capacity reduce damaged merchandise long waiting hours chargers and loading errors escalated immediately by email to customers any cases cc to KMJ ad...
