Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client regarding export and import matters.
• Monitoring export and import shipment release to consignee.
• Make bookings for transportation for delivery cargo.
• Liaise with authorities for cargo clearance ie custom clearance.
• Communicate effectively with customers on status of shipment
• Alert and advise superior on issues related to operational matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments ie Account, Biling, other Ops branches and etc.
• Collect 3rd party bills to support documentation for invoices purposes.
• Practicing and ensuring effectiveness of the Quality system and procedures in daily routine work.
• Other duties when instructed by the management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM certificate or equivalent.
