Job Title : Assistant Manager – Transport Management

Location : Seshadripuram, Bangalore


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor primary (plant/mother warehouse to depot) and secondary (depot to customer) dispatches.
  • Ensure timely vehicle placement and adherence to SLAs.
  • Verify billed amounts against agreed contract rates and approved rate cards.
  • Validate distance, weight, and vehicle type as per LR (Lorry Receipt).
  • Ensure GST compliance on freight invoices (HSN, tax split, place of supply, registration details).
  • Post verified bills for timely payment and resolve transporter queries.
  • Cross-check LR copy, e-way bill, and GRN for each trip;
    ensure document completeness.
