Are you highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a knack for keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Transport Operations Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day scheduling of our transport operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Pricing "Quoting" of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, job allocations, and performance data.
  • Assist with problem-solving and provide quick solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office and other online software.
