They have teams of Civil and Structural Engineers, Architects, Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Consultants, Development Planners and Land & Building Surveyors working on projects ranging from small domestic alterations, through to contracts over £30 million.
Job overview
This role is working within their Development Planning team. The team work with private and public sector clients, architects, planners and other property professionals across all sectors. They undertake Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies and Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and provide key transport / drainage inputs to develop preliminary designs and spatial plans and masterplans.
