We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team at Eventor as a Transport Planner. A successful candidate will ensure that the plan meets all legal obligations regarding Working Time Directive (WTD) and EU Drivers Legislation.
Key responsibilities of a Transport Planner:
Ensuring GTS housekeeping is constantly completedCompleting Depot logs by specified timeInput trailer numbers as soon as practical to do soMonitor and report empty legs for shiftMonitor Time lapse and Restricted parking reports by specified timeComplete Microlise debrief by specified timeReport Microlise errors to central teamCheck resource availability for the shiftConfirm driver start times for next dayMonitor and report WTD issues / concerns to Operations teamEnsuring there is ongoing verbal communication with the driving team to supplement the use of Microlise
