Job Description
The base pay for this position is $22.50/hr.

The Transportation Execution team helps bring this to life by building and executing repeatable, scalable processes as goods are transported from our suppliers to our customers, all while embracing Wayfair’s entrepreneurial creative and fun atmosphere.

What You'll Do
+ Assess loading quality of truckloads in our middle mile network, including utilization, load securement, and packaging damage.
+ Build strong partnerships with our fulfillment teams to drive improvements in loading practices.
