Job Summary

Reporting to the Transport Team Lead, the Transport Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating project shipments and providing exceptional customer service to clients. In this role, the coordinator communicates directly with clients and installers to confirm delivery conditions and ensure proper execution. They are also responsible for maintaining the production schedule up to date to inform the shipping department of any changes (confirmed ship date, delivery date/time, address, carrier name, etc.). As the last step in the production chain, the coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
