Purpose
Support internal stakeholders, especially Sales and Customer Service, acting as the main contact towards all Logistics and Transport service providers to guarantee high distribution service levels.
How can you help us?
- Cooperate and communicate with freight forwarders, Customer Service and Warehouse Admin team
- Weekly meetings with Customer Service and suppliers
- Answer and follow-up daily emails
- Update and maintain all necessary data files
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, following internal SOP
- Check service invoices
- Complaint Management
- Shipment tracking for Customer Service
- Create pick-up orders
- Create and analyse statistics on key figures, relevant to internal and external stakeholders
