Transportation Engineer (Traffic/Technology)

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Engineer (Traffic/Technology) for their team in Phoenix! Responsibilities: Lead traffic planning, studies, design, and operations tasks/projects Improve traffic operations, safety, and pedestrian circulation for cities/communities Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of traffic engineering, traffic operations or ITS project experience Engineering Intern (EI) certificate or PE license Experience/knowledge of local industry Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation) Working knowledge of Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM or other similar software Experience with design projects/traffic studies preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
