Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Management: Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station; supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to ensure shipments meet defined KPIs.
  • Operational Duties: Monitor coordinator and associate performance, coach when needed, partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations; communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations.
  • Associate Development: Interview candidates for associate roles, brief workloads of all drivers and associates; measure daily metrics to track site performance. Provide training and mentoring of new Associates on their tasks.
