About You

You bring a grounded understanding of supply chain and transportation operations, and you know how to translate data into decisions. You’re comfortable managing large volumes of master data, keeping systems clean, and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and manage master data within Blue Yonder TMS and SAP

  • Set up domestic and international carriers

  • Load and maintain rates (including three annual RFP cycles)

  • Maintain Fuel Surcharge Tariffs

  • Manage the full contract signature process and ensure agreements are stored correctly in SharePoint

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and carriers

  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely across all organizational levels

  • Support a collaborative environment where every team member can contribute and grow

  • Shift Timings: 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. IST

    What you bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or data Analytics

  • 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain environment

  • Intermediate–advanced capability with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Blue Yonder TMS

  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • English level C1 or higher

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and FourKites

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP

  • Working knowledge of the US Bank freight payment platform
