A transportation representative acts as the primary interface between Amazon, seller and our delivery partners. Associates are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner/seller issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Provides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers/ delivery partners.
Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics.
Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service and experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP)
- Graduation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science or a related field, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
- Industry exp
