Overview

Transportation Spc - Portuguese, CENTRAL OPERATIONS. NOC (Network Operations Center) is the central command and control center for Transportation Execution across the Amazon Supply Chain network, supporting multiple geographies like NA, India and EU. It ensures timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers (FC) and from FCs to carrier hubs. In case of exceptions, NOC resolves issues and informs stakeholders. The role involves problem solving, monitoring network data, and proposing process changes to streamline operations. This position is based in Central Operations, part of NOC, serving as the single point of contact for managing route plans, scheduling and payments for last-mile stations for LATAM and AMET regions.
