The Transportation Specialist acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our external stakeholder partners such as carriers/transporters, so to our partners- you ARE Amazon. A Trans Rep at RO facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolves any potential issues that impacts customer experience and business continuity. The specialists are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.
The Transportation Specialist provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time.
