Shift: Monday to Friday from midnight 00:00 till 08:30 am
As a Transport Supervisor, you will lead a small, dedicated team to ensure the efficient daily operations of pick-ups and deliveries while playing a critical role in representing our services to customers. You’ll oversee driver scheduling, routing, and performance, while also serving as a key customer-facing leader, able to identify service opportunities, resolve client concerns, and promote our transportation solutions.Supervise daily driver operations: dispatch, route optimization, and compliance with hours of service and maintenance schedules.
Coach and manage drivers for safety, service quality, and performance; oversee training, onboarding, and documentation.
Act as a front-line representative with customers: address service issues, identify upselling opportunities, and build trust-based relationships.
