Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the efficient dispatch of goods or services at our location.

• Plan delivery routes and allocate resources to ensure timely deliveries.

• Verify and confirm customer orders to maintain accuracy.

• Monitor deliveries in real-time, proactively address any issues, and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

• Collaborate with the sales team, drivers, and other departments to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Continuously improve dispatch processes to optimize efficiency.
