Job Description
_The Senior Education Manager in alignment with brand/education strategy builds internal and/or external learning strategy, training curriculum and delivers/evaluates education_ _programme_ _effectiveness._
**Key Responsibilities**
Develops and executes education plan that is aligned with central European strategy in collaboration with all internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders.
Follow up best-in-class learning trends and re-evaluate and continuously improve the learning experience.
