Job Description

  • Assist in promoting optimal care within Doctors Medical Center.
  • Demonstrate professional competency in the nursing process.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the care of critically injured patients.
  • Maintain records of the trauma registry and its Quality Improvement reports.
  • Develop educational programs for all personnel involved in the care of trauma patients.
  • Monitor patients' clinical progress during hospitalization.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the trauma services.
  • Participate in staffing, budgetary planning, leadership, and quality improvement of the department.

  • BSN preferred.
  • Three to five years of Emergency or Critical Care experience preferred.
  • Current California RN license.
