Job Description
Assist in promoting optimal care within Doctors Medical Center.Demonstrate professional competency in the nursing process.Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the care of critically injured patients.Maintain records of the trauma registry and its Quality Improvement reports.Develop educational programs for all personnel involved in the care of trauma patients.Monitor patients' clinical progress during hospitalization.Manage day-to-day operations of the trauma services.Participate in staffing, budgetary planning, leadership, and quality improvement of the department.
