Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with their travel bookings
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Offer guidance and advice on travel packages, flights, hotels, and more
• Handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions to customer issues

Working Hours

40 hours/week: Monday to Sunday, shifts between 9 am and 7 pm, onsite

What Were Looking For

• Danish native speaker
• Proficiency in English (B2 and higher, written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Travel experience is a plus, but not required
• EU member state passport or residence permit for Spain
