Handle basic travel-related queries from internal teams and customers


Coordinate with airlines for booking confirmations, schedule changes, name corrections, and cancellations


Follow up with hotels for reservation confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refund status


Track and follow up on pending refunds with airlines, hotels, and travel partners


Maintain proper documentation for bookings, cancellations, and refund cases


Update booking and refund status in internal systems or trackers


Communicate clearly with stakeholders on timelines, policies, and outcomes
