Travel Specialist (with GDS Experience)

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and inquiries from customers in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
• Make changes to existing reservations (ticket reissuance & cancellations).
• Provide support for existing online bookings – air, hotel, car, rail & non‑GDS changes & cancellations.
• Utilize Sabre/Apollo GDS systems and other assigned tools when completing PNR changes.
• Make outbound calls to vendors and customers as required.
• Create new PNRs for fresh bookings.

Job Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate.
• One-year Travel Account BPO experience.
• Experience using GDS Galileo platform required.
• Amenable to work Onsite MOA, Pasay City.
